SUMMARY
Artera is looking for an innovative Senior Product Manager to join our fast-paced Product team and help evolve the amazing offerings we bring to our customers and the patients we serve. You will work directly alongside a team of other product managers, designers, and engineers. You will develop the strategy for our data and analytics offerings and evangelize the why. You will then work to deliver solutions that create value for patients, customers, and the business. You’ll be responsible for all stages of the product life cycle and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that data and analytics offerings are delivered and continually improved.

You are excited about building products that disrupt the multi-trillion dollar healthcare industry, accelerating our growth, and creating a modern healthcare communication platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Work directly with customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and uses of reporting, dashboards, and analytics across our product platform, and create innovative solutions that improve the user experience for patients and staff
- Build a deep knowledge of our market, customers, and competitors
- Define requirements for current and future analytics products, utilizing market research and competitive analysis data, supported by input from customers, prospective customers, and industry experts
- Assist in developing and implementing the go-to-market plan for existing and new analytics products, working with all stakeholders to execute and measure results
- Create, manage, and prioritize a product roadmap in collaboration with internal teams and present regular updates on the validation and execution of each component of the roadmap
- Facilitate the development and implementation of product/pricing strategies and tactical plans for assigned products ensuring that customer and partner needs are being met
- Manage team providing reporting on product feature performance, customer adoption, and success metrics for stakeholders and leaders across the company
- Innovate on how the company measures value delivered for customers using its product platform and conversation template library
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- Additional experience in lieu of a degree is also accepted
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, or similar role with reporting and analytics focus
- Enterprise or Consumer SaaS software, Healthcare technology or equivalent
- Experience managing a team delivering reporting for cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience creating market research, go-to-market strategy recommendations, and competitive analysis
- Strong executor and driver across multiple fronts; self-starter, speed-oriented, comfortable making decisions and running with them
- Experience defining, prioritizing and shipping customer value in an Agile environment
- Creative, energetic, and conscientious with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative.
- Builds trust at all levels, influences without formal authority, and pushes back when appropriate.
- Earns respect and respects the contributions of others.
- Balance strategic thinking with outstanding execution.
- Understand business objectives and convert them into clear product plans and outcomes
- Must be able to travel up to 20%

SALARY RANGE
Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal equity.
$133,000 - $193,000
