Position Overview:
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring seamless integration of our solutions to meet customer requirements effectively. In this customer-facing position, you will play a pivotal role in various integration projects, defining technical requirements, configuring applications, and collaborating closely with the Integration Engineering and Customer Success teams. Using your expertise in EHRs and health systems, you will oversee data flow management, enable system connectivity, and troubleshoot integration-related issues, driving enhancements to deliver exceptional client value.

Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in our Philadelphia office.
Reports to: Founder & CEO of Repisodic
As the first Integration Engineer at Repisodic, you will:
- Lead the integration process by thoroughly understanding health system workflows and requirements, ensuring the deployment of effective integration solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support for customer integrations, addressing complex issues and delivering timely resolutions.
- Diagnose and resolve integration challenges by analyzing system logs, SQL queries, and application performance metrics to identify root causes and rectify communication issues.
- Develop and adhere to technical protocols and best practices that enhance overall customer experience, including specifications for system configuration.
- Translate and escalate customer requirements to inform integration discussions with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on integration capabilities, responding to customer inquiries regarding technical specifications and interoperability options.
- Identify and implement process improvements, recommending innovative solutions and sustaining results through collaboration.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment and success in downstream processes, enhancing overall project delivery.
This job might be a fit for you if you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on integration (Client/Server applications, HL7, FHIR, OAuth).
- Extensive experience with EHR integration and interoperability with EHR vendors is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to approach complex problems systematically.
- Familiarity with MySQL or similar technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Asana with a strong focus on documentation and project management.
- Experience utilizing centralized data solutions (like DataDog) to help diagnose integration issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience in a related field.
