About the role
You will be responsible for our marketing efforts to attract, engage, and retain healthcare professionals on the Lantum platform, driving growth in our user base.
Lantum is the platform of choice for clinicians in the UK, with over 30,000 using Lantum to find work. By developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, fostering community engagement, and championing our 'clinicians first' value, you will play a vital role in positioning Lantum as the platform of choice for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Delivering marketing campaigns and operations to expand our healthcare professional user base at Lantum
- Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to attract and acquire new users to the Lantum platform, including targeted outreach and referral programmes.
- Work with the product and operational teams to identify revenue generation opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and operational teams to enhance the onboarding process for clinicians using the Lantum app and marketplace.
- Share learnings from what has worked on previous campaigns and feed these into future projects, to improve effectiveness and experience
- Use a mix of online and offline channels, including in-product, content, events, social, partnerships, direct mail, community
- Develop campaigns to increase match/fill rate in primary care
Build a strong community of clinicians
- Embody our value to put “clinicians first”.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clinicians to foster brand advocacy and loyalty, positioning Lantum as the platform of choice for healthcare professionals.
- Foster engagement within the clinician community through online channels, events, and initiatives that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking.
Be accountable for tracking and delivering results
- Work with data team to ensure data driven approach
- Work with product team to ensure marketing is targeted and personalised, leveraging insights to maximise impact
- Regularly analyse data, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in B2C marketing to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
