As the Head of RevOps at Regard, you will serve a critical role in shaping go-to-market & revenue strategies, architect & own sales/marketing technology, deliver accurate reporting & forecasting, and accelerate our sales motion. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and the Regional Sales Managers. As a leader within Regard, you’ll help accelerate the entire business through strategic insights, establish and grow a RevOps team, and continually drive improvement across the entire organization and team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the architecture & integration of sales and marketing technologies including Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, and sales databases
  • Establish lead scoring and routing rules for leads
  • Manage a team that helps execute on marketing automation activities & sales activities
  • Ensure data hygiene across the sales team
  • Ensure accurate & useful reporting to support marketing, sales, and executive goals
  • Prepare forecasts for leadership team & the board
  • Analyze sales data to develop strategies to unblock & accelerate sales motions
  • Oversee training of new team members on sales technology
  • Support product pricing, sales compensation, and territory management efforts
  • Set up the RevOps team for scaling including people, tools, and structure

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading RevOps in a SaaS company
  • 2+ years experience in venture-backed startup (Seed, Series A or B)
  • 2+ years experience leading a team of at least 2 people
  • Based in LA or NYC (required); able to be in-person 25% of the time
  • Track record of accelerating sales and delivering accurate reporting & forecasts
  • Track record of hiring & managing well-run team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Ideal Experience

  • Healthcare SaaS startup experience selling to hospitals & health systems
  • Experience as the first RevOps hire and successfully scaled a team
