Health Note builds AI-powered automation for how care begins, starting with the phone call. Our platform handles scheduling and clinical intake through voice-first workflows that reduce administrative work and replace traditional call center models for mid-sized healthcare practices.

Our fastest-growing product is AI Voice Scheduling. Clinics adopt it because staffing is expensive, call volumes are unmanageable, and existing tools do not scale.

We are hiring a Demand Generation Lead to own pipeline growth for AI Voice Scheduling. This role decides where to invest, what to test, and what to stop. You will run demand end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Own qualified pipeline for AI Voice Scheduling. Set funnel targets, review performance weekly, and adjust based on conversion data.

  • Choose and prioritize growth bets by segment, channel, and message. Make clear trade-offs and shut down low-signal work.

  • Run fast, disciplined experiments with explicit hypotheses and decision criteria.

  • Own channel mix and spend. Allocate budget, measure ROI, and reallocate quickly as results change.

  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, routing, and follow-through.

  • Set direction for campaigns and messaging. Partner with a Marketing Coordinator for execution and QA, and step into tools when needed.

  • Create or guide the assets that move pipeline. Landing pages, email nurtures, webinars, and outbound support materials.

  • Use AI to increase speed and leverage across analysis, messaging, and iteration.

  • Manage outside support when useful.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth experience in a SaaS environment.

  • Direct ownership of pipeline outcomes, not just program execution.

  • Strong judgment in complex or regulated markets. Healthtech experience preferred.

  • Comfort making decisions with incomplete data.

  • Fluency with modern marketing tools. CRM and automation (HubSpot preferred), paid channels, analytics, and experimentation.

  • Clear, effective writing. You produce copy that converts.

  • Senior IC mindset. You ship work and own outcomes.
