About Health Note

Health Note builds AI-powered automation for how care begins, starting with the phone call. Our platform handles scheduling and clinical intake through voice-first workflows that reduce administrative work and replace traditional call center models for mid-sized healthcare practices.

Our fastest-growing product is AI Voice Scheduling. Clinics adopt it because staffing is expensive, call volumes are unmanageable, and existing tools do not scale.

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own execution quality across growth and demand programs. This role turns direction into shipped work, keeps campaigns and systems running cleanly, and reduces friction across the funnel. Success looks like reliable execution, strong QA, and smooth event delivery with clean lead handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution for events and webinars, including setup, promotion, registration, follow-up, and lead handoff.

  • Execute and QA marketing campaigns across email, lifecycle, content, and outbound-support channels.

  • Maintain marketing assets and systems, including landing pages, forms, CRM routing, tracking, and sales materials.

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot to support GTM efforts.

  • Support reporting and issue detection by ensuring lead flow and campaign data are accurate and flagging problems early.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience executing B2B marketing work in a SaaS or startup environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and basic analytics tools.

  • Practical experience using AI tools to speed up drafting, execution, or QA, with the judgment to review and correct output before shipping.

  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of execution quality, even when priorities shift.

  • Clear, practical written communication.

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus, not required.
