About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and autonomous Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you will help shape how our portfolio of healthcare technology products is positioned and brought to market. You will play a critical part in crafting messaging that resonates with our target audiences and drives engagement across our platform. You will collaborate closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Marketing to launch new products and features, differentiate Fabric in a competitive market, and strengthen our story for both buyers and customers.
What You'll Do
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in positioning and promoting our products in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and owning product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key products and segments that reflect customer needs and market trends.
- Driving go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major feature releases.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create thought leadership content, case studies, and product storytelling tailored to health systems, payers, and employers.
- Creating and updating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
- Maintaining and sharing competitive intelligence that supports Sales and Customer Success in winning and retaining customers.
- Gathering and analyzing voice-of-customer feedback in partnership with Product and Customer Success teams to inform roadmap and messaging.
- Supporting Product, Sales, and Strategy teams in developing ROI narratives and communicating the value of Fabric’s solutions.
Why You Might Be a Good Fit
- You are a proactive and autonomous product marketer with a strategic mindset and a talent for follow-through.
- You excel at translating complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with different audiences.
- You are an excellent storyteller with an eye for content and design, and you are motivated by helping a company differentiate itself in a competitive market.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
- You are passionate about ensuring product launches are successful and that sales teams are fully equipped with the materials they need.
This Might Not Be The Right Fit If...
- You prefer a highly structured role with a narrow scope, rather than a broad, cross-functional position.
- You are not comfortable taking the initiative to develop strategy and messaging with limited oversight.
- You are not passionate about the specific application of AI to solve real-world problems in the healthcare industry.
- This role may not be the best fit if you are not energized by the dynamic intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
Your Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise.
- Relevant experience in consulting or marketing strategy will also be considered.
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience supporting sales with enablement materials and competitive positioning.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent storyteller with an eye for content and design, and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strategic mindset with initiative and follow-through.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, especially marketing to health systems, payers, and/or employers.
The national pay range for this role is $65,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock options and bonuses. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted range, please still consider applying; a determination can be made based on unique qualifications. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
