About Fabric

Fabric is a health tech company that powers healthcare providers to move faster, work smarter, and deliver better care through its care enablement platform. Our platform offers three solution suites for health systems, payers, and self-insured employers: In-Person Care Suite, Virtual Care Suite, and Engagement Suite. Leveraging conversational AI, intelligent adaptive interviews, and automated outreach technologies, Fabric unifies virtual and in-person care across patient intake, triage, routing, and treatment while automating workflows for healthcare staff.

Our platform enables clinicians to work 10x faster, decreases call center volume healthcare providers, and drives better access to care for patients. Some of Fabric’s customers include Cleveland Clinic, Intermountain, Highmark Health, and HealthJoy. Fabric is backed by General Catalyst, Thrive Capital, GV (Google Ventures), and Salesforce Ventures, among others.
