As a Front-End Web Developer, you will work with a cross-functional team to develop, test and maintain web applications. You will focus on translating UI/UX wireframe designs and interactions into codes. You will play an active role in bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, defining how the application will look as well as how it will work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional discussion with the design team to assess feasibility and technical complexity of UI/UX design
• Actively engage in software activities such as proposal of technical design, breakdown of product requirements to software requirements, task estimation, software testing etc.
• Build, test and maintain all web applications. Applications developed must meet industry standards and are compatible across various devices and browsers.
• Perform investigation and troubleshooting of issues raised. Create solutions to resolve issues/bugs and perform necessary testing and documentation.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, perform unit testing and validation of requirements.
• Perform software documentation required in each stage of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept for new ideation or initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, HTML, CSS/SCSS
• Experienced with Redux and Redux toolkit to manage state
• Working knowledge of code versioning and code testing
• Knowledgeable and experienced with REST APIs
• Experienced with integration of web applications to cloud services.
• Good understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred candidates with min 2 years’ web development experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
